The Aqua Medic Platinum Line 800 is a new reverse osmosis (RO) system. The unit can produce up to 800 liters of purified water per day, with an equal amount of “waste.”
With a 1:1 output-to-loss ratio, the Platinum Line 800 can be considered highly efficient. Aqua Medic thus joins the ranks of a few competitors that offer equally efficient systems.
The unit does have a few interesting features. For example, it comes with an indicator resin that shows whether the filtration is still working. It’s easy to replace the filters, the unit rinses automatically after use, and it has a built-in pressure gauge, as well as a TDS meter. The Aqua Medic Platinum Line 800 purifies 99% of the water.
